Within one Australian business day, Monday to Friday. If you send a brief on Friday night AEST, expect a reply by Monday close. Urgent? Call or WhatsApp — those are usually answered within two hours.
Honest answer: no — we're India-registered (Durgapur HQ). But around 90% of our clients are Australian, we work AEST-overlap hours, invoice in AUD, and have AU references on every brief. That's actually why our pricing is what it is — Australian-quality work at Indian engineering rates is the whole proposition. If you need an AU-domiciled vendor for procurement reasons, tell us early and we'll be upfront.
Please don't. A one-sentence idea is enough to start. Half our best projects began as "we're not sure what we need". The 30-min scoping call is where the shape actually comes together.
Almost always fixed-price, in AUD. Retainers for ongoing marketing or SaaS iteration are monthly. We don't run an hourly meter — no change-request traps. Typical starting points: websites from $849, e-commerce from $1,999, SEO retainers from $399/month, SaaS MVPs from $6,999, mobile apps from $5,999.
Our sweet spot is Australian SMBs and bootstrapped founders — roughly $500 to $30k budgets. Sole traders and side-projects are very welcome; we won't price you out. If you're enterprise (six-figure scope, audited vendors only), we'll tell you honestly and point you to a partner.
