At Brandwings, we value transparency and trust in every client relationship. To ensure clarity in our process, please read our Payment & Refund Policy carefully before engaging in any services with us.
We accept payments through the following secure platforms:

Both platforms allow you to make payments using credit or debit cards, offering flexibility and convenience regardless of location.
We are committed to client satisfaction and confidently offer a 100% money-back guarantee, subject to the following conditions:
A full refund will be issued only if:
Brandwings is unable to deliver the project as agreed.
Please note:
If a client chooses to cancel the project due to personal or business-related circumstances, the money-back guarantee does not apply.
We follow a three-phase development structure. Refund eligibility is dependent on the stage of project completion:
If the client decides to discontinue the project during or before the design phase:
A design fee will be charged.
The remaining balance (excluding the design fee) is eligible for refund.
Once the project has moved into development:
No refund is applicable, unless Brandwings fails to deliver the agreed work.
Upon completion and final handover of the project, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days upon eligibility confirmation.
Communication regarding cancellations or refund requests must be made via official email.
Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior discussion may result in termination of all services and legal action where applicable.
