Activlink is a modern NDIS and aged care software solution designed to simplify client management, rostering, staff coordination, billing and daily care operations.
Brandwings worked on the branding and visual direction for Activlink, an Australian SaaS platform built for NDIS, disability support and aged care providers. The goal was to create a premium, trustworthy and technology-focused identity that reflects care, connection, organisation and operational efficiency.
The Activlink platform is designed to help providers manage key parts of their care business in one place, including staff rostering, client records, scheduling, staff management, attendance, time entries, billing, incidents, NDIS services and reporting. For the brand identity, we focused on a clean and professional design style using modern blue, teal and gradient tones to communicate reliability, innovation and healthcare confidence.
As part of the project, Brandwings developed a modern brand identity and interface direction suitable for both desktop SaaS use and mobile/PWA app access. The mobile app experience was designed to support providers, care teams and staff on the go, making it easier to access schedules, manage shifts, clock-in and clock-out with GPS location, view client information, record notes and stay connected from anywhere.
The final visual direction uses a clean healthcare-tech style with blue, teal and gradient tones to communicate reliability, innovation and confidence. The result is a polished digital brand and software experience that positions Activlink as a professional, scalable and Australian-ready care management solution for NDIS and aged care providers.
