JetSki World needed a high-performing showcase for inventory, services, hire and parts. Built mobile-first with conversion-focused inquiry funnels.

The brief

JetSki World runs four revenue lines under one roof: new sales, used sales, service/repair and rental. Their old site lumped everything onto one page. Mobile bounce rate was 78%, and the inquiry form was sending leads into an unmonitored inbox.

We rebuilt the site with four distinct funnels — one per revenue line — each routed to the right person inside the business with SMS notifications.

  • Inventory management with admin CRUD for new + used jet skis (photos, specs, price, availability).
  • Service booking flow — calendar pick, model + service type, instant SMS to workshop manager.
  • Hire calendar with stripe deposit + waiver e-signature.
  • Parts enquiry funnel with VIN/model lookup.
  • Mobile-first design — 92% of their traffic is on phone.
  • Lead routing to four different team inboxes by enquiry type.
